ClearSky connects investors directly with businesses installing large solar systems. Investors are paid a contracted price for each kWh generated by the system over the 8-10 Year term. The predicted return is based on BOM. sunshine records averaged over the past decade. On our projects to date, these predictions have been accurate.
With a ClearSky investment you get transparency and traceability as you can track solar generation of your project online.
ClearSky has been operating successfully since 2013. A total of over $20 million has been invested by individual community members, either personally, ot through their self-managed super funds. Seventy projects are currently active, including fifteen on Officeworks sites.
Once you sign-up you will be emailed details of projects including an Information Memorandum which details the estimated internal rate of return (IRR) and the minimum investment. On projects to date the minimum investment has ranged from $5000 to $100,000
